Surely we all were dreaming to fly Mirage each day. But when a Mirage pilot was flying he had happy feelings to continue action after flight and ride his last beloved toy through fields and forests of the near Vosges Mountains. These two men belonging to 'La Fayette' Squadron Staff were not very far to become squadron leaders; the left captain is chief of SPA 167 'Stork' Escadrille as indicated by his reserved parking wall markings, the other is a the chief of N 124 ' La Fayette' Escadrille and seemswithout ground vehicule at all, his parking being empty... In the background my beloved 2 HP Citroën, a type which was very much appreciated by fighter pilots but rather at the time they flew Vampires, Ouragans and Thunderstreaks.
