Quite sorry, due to writing captions in two stages, I gave this SO 4050 Vautour used for target-towing as a IIN night fighter prototype. In fact it was the 3rd production single-seat ground attack model Vautour IIA of which prototype first flew on 16 December 1953. Thirty were manufactured with some 20 going to Israelian air force using also 6 all-weather Vautour IINs transformed for electronic warfare. Other IIAs were used for experiments of new materials and armament and for various duties in the various French Flight Test Centers.
