The Super Mystère Aircraft Collection

Jaguar E2 was the subject of all discussions this day. Shortly remember that we were in 1972 and that a year had to pass before these first production machines be introduced in AdlA units. It was not glorious because the AdlA Staff had expressed, as soon as 1964 an urging need for a ground attack plane. Due to not very easy problems of cooperation to solve, RAF and AdlA requirements being not exactly the same, the Jaguar program was a difficult one and French seriously envisaged to abandon it. But a Commission established that, financially speaking, it was too late with the sure loss of 70% of the estimated R&D funds.
