The Vought F-8E (FN) Crusaders were at Nîmes-Gaons this last July 81 week to prepare a campaign on board of the Foch or Clémenceau carrier. It belonged to the last existing Crusader 12F Flotille after disbandment of 14F, the two operating from the Britanny NAS of Landivisiau. My archives give aircraft

that the plane was here taking-off during summer 1981...!!!???
