Here, " 720 " bears serial 44-76420; C/n 32752 and was formerly 64-KO with Armée de l'Air 64th Transport Wing until 1954, this latter unit passing to the twin-boomed Noratlas. For " 729 " corresponding datas are 44-76229, 32561, and previously used by Armée de l'Air as 316-FJ by Navigation School Group GE 316, depending from the Armée de l'Air School Command, based at Toulouse-Francazal. They flew alongside Dassault MD-315 Flamant and the two types were replaced by Noratlas around 1974. |
