Nose of 563 and its extended shock-absorber due to
surelevated nose. Just foreground where is the mechanic,
crew was climbing into the aircraft and the two glazed
upper part of the cockpit had no utility for access but
rather to leave the P2V-7... Indeed, I imagine the thing
surely was very dangerous in front of the radar antenna,
especially as the exit path had nothing comparable with
the well existing under cockpit of the Boeing KC-135 for
emergency bail out...
