Without propellers and
with a curious oil-barrel as post mortem prop hub, 147562
anteriorly to 23F before was installed behind previously
seen 148332 in the dispersal used as cemetary by Flotille
25F. The machine serves as a spare-parts store and, with
the third machine at its side, helped considerably to
maintain in perfect flight condition the four Neptunes of
the unit. Starboard tip tank including searchlight had
been taken, the port tank always being mounted on the
other half wing. Belonged to 23F before being taken by 25F
which withdraw it from sevice. |
